Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based at Migsun Rohini Central in Rohini. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, follow up with potential buyers, and provide information about available units, pricing, and project features. Responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating lead databases, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to support deal closures. The Telecaller will respond to customer queries, share project details clearly and professionally, and ensure timely communication with prospects. The role also involves meeting daily and weekly call targets, adhering to standard scripts and guidelines, and representing the project in a courteous and service-oriented manner.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain project details clearly and confidently.
  • Candidates should possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and maintaining digital records of calls and leads.
  • Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to handle queries, manage objections, and create a positive experience for potential buyers.
  • Candidates should possess sales-oriented skills, including lead generation, follow-up discipline, and a results-focused approach to meeting targets.
  • Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage high call volumes, schedule site visits, and coordinate effectively with the sales team.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or real estate customer support is beneficial.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
  • Comfort communicating in English and local languages commonly used in Rohini is preferred.
