Role Description The Assistant Manager – Sales (Reactive) is a full-time, on-site role based at Hard Rock Hotel Goa in Calangute. This role primarily manages inbound and existing sales inquiries, responding to leads from travel partners, corporate clients, and direct guests, and converting them into confirmed bookings and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals and rate quotations, handling group and event queries, coordinating with reservations and front office teams, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The Assistant Manager collaborates with the Sales and Marketing team to support promotional activities, maintain relationships with key accounts, and ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities. This role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring that all interactions reflect Hard Rock’s brand standards and guest-focused culture.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in sales coordination, account management, and handling inbound (reactive) sales inquiries.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities within a hospitality or service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using hotel sales and reservation systems, CRM tools, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local or international languages are an advantage.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple inquiries concurrently.
- Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle hotel environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Calangute with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
