🚀 We're Hiring | Sales Manager – Cybersecurity & Managed IT Services | Delhi NCR (Onsite)

Are you a passionate B2B sales professional with experience in Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, Networking, Cloud Solutions, or Government Sales? We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team and help expand our enterprise and government customer base.

📍 Location: Delhi NCR (Onsite)

💰 Compensation: As per market standards

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in Cybersecurity, SOC, NOC, Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Government Sales.
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, government organizations, SMBs, and channel partners.
  • Conduct customer meetings, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Understand customer IT infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, RFP/RFQ responses, and lead commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Technical, SOC, NOC, and Operations teams for solution design.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to successful closure.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
  • Drive customer satisfaction while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure, SOC, NOC, or Government Sales.
  • Experience in Government Sales, including GeM Portal, Government Tenders, RFP/RFQ submissions, bid management, and PSU/State/Central Government procurement processes, will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Cybersecurity Solutions
  • SOC (Security Operations Center)
  • NOC (Network Operations Center)
  • SIEM, MDR, XDR
  • Endpoint Security
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Network Security
  • Firewalls
  • Routers
  • Switches
  • Network Devices
  • Network Monitoring Systems (NMS)
  • Cloud & Managed IT Services
  • Experience engaging with IT Managers, CISOs, CTOs, CXOs, Government Officials, Procurement Teams, and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
  • Existing network within the Cybersecurity, IT Services, or Government sector.
  • Experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, Cloud Providers, SOC, NOC service providers, or Government organizations.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, risk, and compliance standards is an added advantage.
