Role Description The Export Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat, India. This position is responsible for managing and growing international sales, including identifying new markets, developing distributor and customer relationships, and negotiating contracts with overseas clients. Day-to-day activities include preparing export sales plans, monitoring order pipelines, coordinating with production and logistics for timely shipment, and ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements. The role involves analyzing market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize pricing and product positioning. The Export Sales Manager will also represent the company in discussions with international partners, participate in trade events when needed, and drive revenue growth in target regions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales and International Sales to drive revenue and manage global customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Export operations and International Business to handle documentation, regulations, and overseas market entry.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business Planning to develop sales strategies, set targets, and prepare market and performance reports.
- Experience in B2B sales within manufacturing, food, or nutraceutical sectors is beneficial.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships across cultures.
- Knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, pricing structures, and international trade compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gujarat, travel as required, and use CRM and MS Office tools effectively.
