Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Manager / Assistant Manager to lead and expand our export business across global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, managing international distributors, and achieving export sales targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills along with sound knowledge of international trade practices, export documentation, logistics, and market development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, managing international distributors, and achieving export sales targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills along with sound knowledge of international trade practices, export documentation, logistics, and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies.
- Identify new export markets and business opportunities.
- Generate new leads through market research and networking.
- Build long-term relationships with overseas buyers.
- Manage existing international customers.
- Handle distributor and dealer networks.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare export sales plans and forecasts.
- Conduct international market research.
- Monitor global market trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms with overseas clients.
- Prepare quotations and pricing proposals.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and RFQs.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed export orders.
- Coordinate with production and planning teams.
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for shipments.
- Handle export documentation processes.
- Work closely with CHA and freight forwarders.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations.
- Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Prepare regular sales and market reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments from customers.
- Support collections from international clients.
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Represent the company during overseas business meetings.
- Conduct product presentations for customers.
- Build strategic partnerships in international markets.
- Analyze customer requirements and market demand.
- Recommend new product opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
- Maintain CRM and customer database.
- Track sales performance using MIS reports.
- Monitor shipment status until delivery.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal departments.
- Support product registration where required.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information.
- Prepare annual business plans.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Visit customers when required.
- Travel internationally for business development.
- Ensure achievement of profitability targets.
- Maintain strong customer retention.
- Provide regular market intelligence.
- Prepare monthly performance reports.

- Experience handling Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, or other international markets.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, export compliance, shipping documentation, and payment terms such as LC, TT, and DP.
