The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and increasing sales revenue. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of tyre and rubber products, market trends, and B2B sales strategies.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager and Sales professional with 6+ years of proven experience in the Tyre Manufacturing and Rubber Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and increasing sales revenue. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of tyre and rubber products, market trends, and B2B sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tyre, rubber, automotive, industrial, and OEM sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry contacts.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, quality, and technical teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business development reports, and MIS for management.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to promote the company's products.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing with customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and after-sales support.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and new market penetration.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 6+ years of Business Development/Sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in Tyre Manufacturing, Rubber Manufacturing, Rubber Products, Tyre Components, or Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience handling OEMs, industrial clients, distributors, or channel partners is highly preferred.
- Preferred Female candidate only.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
