Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at Behal International. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing global client relationships.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in export sales / international B2B sales, especially in FMCG or consumer goods..


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities
  • Handle and convert global leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
  • Promote and sell company products through effective B2B sales strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and trends
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of orders
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
  • 4–6 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / B2B Sales
  • Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
  • Knowledge of export processes (basic understanding preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in emailing, client handling & negotiations
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales

  • E-commerce / Retail Distribution


Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentive Structure.


💰 High performers have the opportunity to earn incentives ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per month based on business generation and overall performance.
