Company Description Sanshar Technologies builds PairTrack, a Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) platform designed for footwear and garment SME factories in India. PairTrack replaces manual, error-prone processes such as WhatsApp photos, paper registers, and end-of-day Excel sheets with real-time, tablet-based production logging on the factory floor. Supervisors record output pair by pair, giving managers live visibility into production, defect rates, line health, and financial metrics through a centralized dashboard. This data-driven approach helps factory owners move from intuition-based decisions to informed, measurable management. PairTrack is built for the Bahadurgarh cluster and enterprise footwear brands across India, supporting scalable and efficient operations.
Role Description The Customer Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining PairTrack’s value proposition, and guiding them through product demos and solution discussions. The specialist will manage the sales cycle, from lead qualification and requirement gathering to follow-ups and closing deals, while maintaining high standards of customer service. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, providing basic training on product features, and collecting feedback to improve customer experience. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the company’s systems and contributing insights to sales strategies.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, understand customer needs, and drive conversions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to guide customers on product use and best practices during onboarding and post-sale support.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, SaaS or technology products, or manufacturing/footwear/garment sectors is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple accounts, use CRM tools, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
