Job Title : Salesforce Project Manager

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experience : 10+ years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities

10+ years of experience in project management, including large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
Experience managing Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
Proven experience leading CRM transformation programs across multiple business functions.
Strong experience with Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related ecosystem products.
Experience managing project budgets, resources, timelines, and vendor relationships.
Hands-on experience using Jira for Agile project management and delivery tracking.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Business Analyst.
Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and successful delivery.
Drive CRM transformation initiatives across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Experience functions.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and status reports.
Manage project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate Salesforce releases, integrations, data migration activities, testing cycles, and deployment plans.
Drive user adoption, change management, training, and communication strategies for CRM transformation programs.
Establish project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives within project management and Salesforce delivery functions.
