Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in New Delhi. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving customer issues promptly. The role includes documenting interactions, updating customer records, and following established procedures to ensure a consistent experience. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to address escalations, track ongoing cases, and support process improvements. Maintaining a courteous, professional manner and focusing on customer satisfaction and retention are central to this position.
Qualifications

- Candidates should be comfortable working as Customer Service Representatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries clearly and professionally.
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Completion of secondary education; a diploma or degree in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
