We operate at the intersection of talent acquisition, social marketing, and conversion optimization—building pipelines that turn engagement into employment. Role & Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email campaigns tailored to fresher audiences.
- Manage and scale organic social media communities (LinkedIn, Instagram) to drive awareness and conversions.
- Track, segment, and follow up with prospects using CRM tools to improve response and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content & design teams to create high-engagement social assets and landing pages.
- Run A/B tests on messaging, CTAs, and channel strategies to optimize lead quality and volume.
- Report daily KPIs (leads generated, response rate, conversion funnel drop-offs) to marketing & sales leads.

- LinkedIn Navigator
- Instagram Business Tools
- WhatsApp Business API
- CRM Platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce)
- Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- A/B Testing Tools (Unbounce, Google Optimize)
- Copywriting for Social Media
- Basic Analytics (UTM Tracking, Pixel Setup)
- Preferred
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with Calendly or scheduling automation tools
- Exposure to edtech or recruitment marketing
