Role Description The Telecalling Executive role at BME Bharat is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage students, professionals, and institutional partners, providing information about BME Bharat’s platform, services, and initiatives. Daily tasks include explaining offerings clearly, answering queries, updating call records in internal systems, and following up with leads to support user onboarding and engagement. The role also involves collecting feedback from callers, sharing insights with the team, and collaborating with colleagues to improve communication scripts and outreach strategies. The Telecalling Executive is expected to maintain a professional tone, adhere to calling targets, and contribute to a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear articulation and active listening abilities.
- Customer interaction and relationship-building skills, including patience, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call-tracking systems.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle call volumes, follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping.
- Interest in the medical and healthcare or biomedical engineering domain, with willingness to learn platform offerings.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior telecalling, customer support, or sales calling experience is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
