Role Overview

We are looking for a polished, articulate, and relationship-oriented professional to lead membership sales and onboarding. The role involves engaging prospective members, understanding their lifestyle needs, presenting ExQuisite Living's offerings, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust and long-term relationships rather than aggressive selling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective members through referrals, networking, partnerships, and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client lifestyles and expectations.
  • Present ExQuisite Living's membership offerings and exclusive services.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and membership consultations.
  • Nurture leads through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Convert qualified prospects into members while maintaining a premium and personalized experience.
  • Coordinate membership documentation, payments, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Lifestyle Managers for a smooth member handover.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Represent ExQuisite Living at networking events, luxury brand activations, and partner engagements.


Candidate Profile

  • candidate with a professional and well-groomed personality.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in luxury sales, hospitality, concierge, premium memberships, relationship management, luxury retail, travel, aviation, or high-end real estate.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confident in interacting with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and productivity tools.
