About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Next (Marketing Cloud on Core), Data Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

This is a high-impact, multi-cloud architecture role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong business consulting skills. You will own solution architecture end-to-end — from discovery workshops through design, integration, and go-live — partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing marketing and customer engagement platforms for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud architectures.
  • Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and data models.
  • Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents.
  • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and enterprise architecture standards.


Marketing Cloud Engagement

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant/Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant.
