Telecaller - Bengali

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in New Delhi. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about Crysta IVF’s fertility services and treatment options. The role includes scheduling appointments, maintaining call records, updating patient lead information in the system, and following up with prospective patients to support conversion.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone etiquette skills.
• Candidates should possess customer service, patient interaction, and relationship-building skills with a compassionate approach.
• Candidates should possess basic computer skills, CRM or call-center software familiarity, and accurate data entry abilities.
• Candidates should possess time management, multitasking, and organizational skills to handle high call volumes and follow-ups.
• Relevant experience in telecalling, call center operations, or front-office roles in healthcare or service industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain confidentiality of patient information is required.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; graduation in any field and prior healthcare exposure are preferred.
