Role Description The Tele-Caller at Bictors is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The Tele-Caller will make outbound calls to prospective learners, explain Bictors’ programs and offerings, and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining call logs and records, following up with leads, scheduling counseling or demo sessions, and updating the internal CRM system. The role also involves coordinating with the admissions and marketing teams, gathering feedback from callers, and contributing to improved communication strategies.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and active listening abilities.
  • Customer service skills, including handling objections, resolving basic concerns, and maintaining a positive caller experience.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle call targets, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or call center operations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfort communicating with diverse audiences in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
