Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to connect with candidates and clients, provide information about job opportunities, and clarify requirements. Daily responsibilities include updating candidate records, scheduling interviews, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate call logs. The role involves explaining job details clearly, addressing questions, and ensuring a positive experience for all callers. The Telecaller will collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to support hiring campaigns and meet call and conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages Gujrati and Hindi also, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and handle objections or queries in a professional manner.
• Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and maintaining digital records.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes and follow up systematically.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, recruitment support, or inside sales is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment and willingness to learn about AI-driven hiring solutions.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
