About The Role

tecHindustan is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities for our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and experience in direct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through multiple channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and online portals.
  • Identify and connect with potential international and domestic clients.
  • Conduct direct client calls and present company services effectively.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for proposals and estimations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in IT services sales/business development preferred.
  • Knowledge of software development services, mobile apps, web development, AI, cloud, or digital solutions is a plus.
  • Comfortable with direct calling and client interaction.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, CRM tools, etc.
