Inside Sales Representative (Outbound / Lead Generation)

BigCircle builds custom AI systems for startups and tech teams: production-grade AI that founders and CTOs trust real engineers to ship. We're a small, senior team whose work sells itself once we're in the room. Our gap is getting into enough rooms, that's this role.
You build the pipeline; our founder closes. This isn't cold-calling from a script, and it isn't "figure out sales from scratch" either. You'll run a system we've already built: research tooling, message templates, a defined ideal customer profile, and proven proof points.
What you'll do:
- Research and identify the right people to reach, founders, CTOs, engineering leaders
- Send personalized outreach over LinkedIn and email using our templates and your own judgment
- Follow up persistently and professionally until you get a yes or a clear no
- Book qualified calls onto the founder's calendar
- Keep the pipeline and CRM clean so nothing slips through the cracks
What we're looking for:
- You write clearly and warmly, this job is mostly writing to strangers, so it's the #1 skill
- You're persistent, you follow up without being told to; "no reply" is never "no" to you
- You're organized, nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- You're coachable, you'd rather run a proven system well than do it your own way
- 0–4 years of experience, we care more about how you think and write than your years
- Comfortable reaching out to technical buyers (CTOs, engineers), even though this role isn't technical
- Bonus: you already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Clay, automation, etc.) to build your own workflows, shows the same curiosity we sell to customers
Not for you if: you need a manager standing over you, you confuse being busy with booking meetings, or you want to close big deals from day one (that's not this role yet, it grows into that as you prove the motion).
