Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sr Sales Executive in the edtech domain. The Sr Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and online demos, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role includes building and nurturing relationships with individual learners, corporate clients, and institutional partners, while maintaining a robust sales pipeline and accurate CRM records. The Sr Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and support campaigns that drive enrollments. This role also involves meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, preparing reports, and representing Coding Meri Jaan in virtual events or webinars.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in edtech, technology training, or professional education.
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Ability to understand and explain AI, technology, or education offerings in clear, outcome-focused terms.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong self-management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset, including experience tracking KPIs, preparing sales reports, and using insights to improve performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead sales role and familiarity with high-growth startup environments is a plus.
