Role Description The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with law firms and corporate legal departments. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and contract closure. The role includes building and maintaining a strong pipeline, conducting needs assessments with prospective clients, and tailoring Xcelro’s value proposition to meet their workflow and risk management requirements. The B2B Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction, as well as provide feedback from clients to inform product enhancements. Day-to-day activities also include preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate CRM records, and representing Xcelro at industry events and meetings as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing enterprise or mid-market deals.
  • Experience in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and conducting product demos or presentations for professional services or software solutions.
  • Understanding of SaaS, legal tech, or workflow automation platforms, with the ability to translate complex features into clear business value.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics to track performance and forecast revenue.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Law, or a related field; MBA or experience selling into legal or professional services is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working on-site with cross-functional teams in Bengaluru.
