Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Singapore and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, and promoting Syngrid's technology consulting and software development services.
This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise software, digital transformation, and consultative B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and international markets.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, email campaigns, and outbound sales.
- Promote Syngrid's AI, ERP, CRM, custom software, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations with the technical team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the Singapore consulting team and India development team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, webinars, and business meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or Software Solution Sales.
- Proven experience in B2B consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of software development services, SaaS solutions, CRM, ERP, and digital transformation.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or HubSpot is an advantage.
- Willing to support clients in Singapore and international markets.
