Title of Job: Business Development Leader -6+ years- Gurgaon

Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with 6–12 years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS/Technology sales. The role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle, engaging with enterprise clients, driving consultative sales, and building long-term customer relationships while promoting AI-led digital solutions.

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, product demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales strategies across the Indian market.
  4. Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, update CRM regularly, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.

Requirements:

  1. 6–12 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Enterprise Sales within SaaS, Technology, or Digital Products.
  2. Proven experience managing enterprise clients and independently handling the complete sales lifecycle.
  3. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Experience using CRM platforms and virtual sales tools with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
