We're looking for a results-driven IT Services Sales Executive with experience selling software development services and digital marketing solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked with an IT services company, software development firm, web development agency, or digital marketing agency—selling custom software development, website development, mobile app development, UI/UX, SEO, performance marketing, and other technology services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client business challenges and technology requirements.
- Sell services including:
- Custom Software Development
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- UI/UX Design
- Digital Marketing
- SEO & Performance Marketing
- Technology Consulting
- Create customized proposals and commercial quotations in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle—from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Services Sales, Software Development Services Sales, or Digital Agency Sales.
- Proven track record of selling software development services, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, or technology consulting services.
- Strong B2B consultative selling and solution-selling experience.
- Experience engaging with Founders, CXOs, Marketing Heads, Product Leaders, and Business Decision Makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation, outbound sales, proposal creation, and deal closure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Experience working with domestic and/or international clients.
- Experience selling AI solutions, automation, or digital transformation services.
- Existing network among startups, SMEs, agencies, or D2C brands.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners.
