Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Information Technology Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct lead generation activities, and manage a pipeline of prospects across various industries. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and demos, understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable software and digital solutions, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves collaborating closely with technical and product teams to tailor solutions, maintaining long-term account relationships, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will also prepare sales reports, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and represent CyberLim at events or client visits as needed.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong IT Sales and Information Technology skills, with experience selling software or digital solutions.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and client relationship abilities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in customer needs analysis, solution selling, and consultative sales approaches.
  • Relevant experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in web, mobile, AI, or digital transformation domains.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize opportunities effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office or similar productivity software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
