Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT Services Sales to drive business growth across the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and outbound opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Identify and engage CTOs, Founders, CEOs, Product Leaders, and other business decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements.
- Present and position Digital Engineering, AI Solutions, Business Process Automation, and Custom Software Development services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales activity updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- 8–10 years of experience in IT Services Sales, Software Services Sales, or Technology Consulting Sales.
- Proven experience selling IT services in the US and/or UK markets.
- Strong expertise in outbound sales, lead generation, cold outreach, and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers and build long-term business relationships.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outbound prospecting platforms.
- Exposure to automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar technologies is an added advantage.
