Job Description
What you can expect
Sales Coordination & Customer Support
- Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals and follow-ups
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, transit times, and service offerings
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM system
- Provide post-sales support, including documentation and issue resolution
- Liaise with operations and carriers to track shipments and provide status update to customers.
- Handling booking confirmations, freight schedules and cargo availability
- Address any shipment-related issues and escalate when necessary
- Generate sales report, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse customer trends
- Maintain sales pipeline reports and follow up on pending deals.
- Prepare reports for sales meetings
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution
- Support in customer onboarding and training on logistics processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service roles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle reports, documentation, and stakeholder management efficiently.
