About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Indore Head Office. This role combines office-based business development with field sales responsibilities. The selected candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, build strong client relationships, conduct software demonstrations, and travel across India whenever required to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, market research and other business development activities except cold calling while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify, qualify and nurture prospective Builders, Developers, Realtors, Real Estate Marketing Companies and Channel Partners through regular follow-ups, relationship building and continuous engagement until successful conversion.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual as well as face-to-face client meetings, understand business requirements, deliver impactful product presentations and live software demonstrations, and propose the most suitable SellXpert CRM solution.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal preparation and commercial discussions to negotiation, deal closure.
  •  Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead status, meeting notes, follow-up schedules, sales forecasts and prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to ensure effective pipeline management.
  • Travel across PAN India whenever required for client meetings, product demonstrations, business presentations, exhibitions, networking events and relationship-building activities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Technical, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure an excellent customer experience, smooth onboarding and successful project execution.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive approach towards sales.
  • Good knowledge of CRM, ERP or SaaS solutions will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Postgraduate degree ; MBA preferred.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Enterprise Software Sales or SaaS Sales.


Travel Requirement

  • Office-based role at the Indore Head Office with field responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel across PAN India as per business requirements.
  • Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided as per company policy.
