About the Role -

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Coordinator – B2B & B2C Sales to strengthen our business development efforts in the renewable energy sector. The role involves lead generation, customer coordination, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities -

  • Manage B2B and B2C sales inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Generate, qualify, and maintain leads in the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with customers, channel partners, EPC companies, and commercial clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures.
  • Schedule meetings and assist the field sales team with client visits.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
  • Update CRM/ERP systems with customer details and sales activities.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for the smooth execution of customer requirements.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales Coordination.
  • Background in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or related industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in B2B & B2C customer handling
  • Knowledge of solar products and solutions
  • Good telephone etiquette and conversation skills
  • Strong coordination and documentation abilities
