Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time Sales & Analytics Executive to own the end-to-end sales cycle across both Prepzy.ai and Global R-Hub. This role combines direct customer conversations with hands-on data work. You will connect with students and parents to explain our products and drive enrolments, manage every lead through the CRM, maintain a clean and accurate pipeline, and turn sales data into reports and insights that sharpen our targeting and conversion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students and parents over calls to explain the products, build trust, and convert prospects into paid enrolments.
- Own the full sales pipeline in the CRM: log every conversation, update lead stages, schedule follow-ups, and keep all records accurate and up to date.
- Maintain and organise lead and customer data across the CRM and Excel, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Build sales reports, dashboards, and summaries that track activity, conversion rates, and funnel performance.
- Analyse sales data to identify high-intent segments and patterns and use those insights to improve lead targeting and prioritisation.
- Collect feedback, testimonials, and success stories from enrolled users for marketing use.
- Coordinate with management and the product teams to share user insights and help refine the offering and outreach approach.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working Hours
Full-time, 6 days a week. Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Calls will primarily be made in morning and evening windows based on the availability of students and parents.
Skills & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable connecting with customers over calls and handling objections.
- Hands-on proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Comfortable working with a CRM to manage leads and pipeline (prior CRM experience preferred).
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to read data and translate it into better targeting decisions.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in tele-calling or sales is preferred.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives on top of fixed salary
