🚀 WE'RE HIRING | Business Development Executive – IT Staffing & Corporate Sales
Are you passionate about B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, IT Staffing, and Business Growth?
IWEBRO & Indezon are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our corporate client network and drive business success.
📍 Location: Sector 4, Greater Noida & Sector 132, Noida
💼 Role: Business Development Executive – IT Staffing & Corporate Sales
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives
🧑💼 Experience: 2+ Years
🚗 Work Mode: Field + Office (Hybrid)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate new business through B2B sales and corporate networking
✅ Acquire clients for IT Staffing & Staff Augmentation services
✅ Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers
✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
✅ Coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver the right talent solutions
✅ Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals
✅ Maintain sales pipeline using CRM tools and MS Excel
✅ Explore new markets and identify business growth opportunities
