Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Presales Executive to support the sales team by understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and helping convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Qualify leads and identify opportunities for the sales team.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution overviews.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to design suitable solutions.
  • Create proposals, quotations, RFP/RFQ responses, and other presales documentation.
  • Address customer queries regarding products, services, pricing, and implementation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions.
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle until deal closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Virtual meeting tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot will be a plus
  • Experience in B2B sales or presales activities will be a plus
  • Knowledge of the relevant industry/domain.

  • Number of qualified leads generated.
