We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with large enterprises in India and overseas and be comfortable traveling for client meetings, networking events, conferences, and business engagements whenever required.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities across target industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Lead outbound sales efforts through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
- Must be based in Pune or Mumbai.
- Must be willing to travel frequently within India and internationally, as required.
- Proven experience working with large enterprise clients in India and international markets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and enterprise sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in IT Services, Software Development, AI/ML Solutions, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.
- Existing network of enterprise decision-makers and business leaders.
- Experience handling global clients across North America, Europe, Middle East, or APAC regions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
