About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in generating high-quality B2B leads for IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI/ML, SaaS, and Staff Augmentation services. The candidate should be proficient in identifying decision-makers, executing outbound campaigns, managing CRM pipelines, and supporting the sales team with qualified opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other digital channels. 
  • Identify and research target companies, decision-makers, and buying committees across various industries. 
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently sourcing new business opportunities. 
  • Develop targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other lead databases. 
  • Execute personalized email outreach and multi-touch campaigns to engage prospective clients. 
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements and sales readiness. 
  • Schedule meetings and demos between qualified prospects and the Business Development/Sales team. 
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM. 
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lead conversion. 
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies to improve response rates and conversions. 
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation metrics, pipeline growth, and conversion performance. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development within the IT Services or Technology industry. 
  • Proven experience in generating leads for Software Development, Cloud Services, AI/ML, DevOps, Digital Transformation, or Staff Augmentation services. 
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle and lead qualification methodologies. 
  • Hands-on experience with: 
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • Apollo.io 
  • ZoomInfo 
  • Lusha 
  • Hunter.io 
  • HubSpot CRM / Salesforce / Zoho CRM 
  • Excellent prospect research and account mapping skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience in creating and executing email outreach campaigns. 
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve lead generation targets. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and pipeline tracking. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working with international markets such as the US, UK, Europe, APAC, or the Middle East. 
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM workflows. 
  • Experience in IT Staffing or Staff Augmentation sales is highly preferred. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
