We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our global client base across the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate qualified business opportunities through multiple outbound and inbound channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

  • Research target companies and identify key decision-makers including CEOs, CTOs, Founders, CIOs, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Procurement Heads.
  • Schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals, capability presentations, and project estimates.
  • Present Aqualeaf's service offerings and value proposition to international clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation campaigns.

Required Skills
  • 3–7 years of experience in IT Services or Software Sales.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work with international clients across different time zones.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)
