As we continue expanding our global customer base, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive to support lead generation, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our AI product portfolio.
Role Overview-
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for Amantra's AI products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in B2B sales and business development within the AI and technology industry.
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you will research target accounts, engage potential customers through multiple outbound channels, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the Product Sales team.
Key Responsibilities-
- Identify and research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers aligned with Amantra's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, cold calling, referrals, and other outbound prospecting channels.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and similar tools.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements and product fit before handing them over to the Product Sales team.
- Schedule discovery calls, product demonstrations, and meetings with prospective customers.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to introduce Amantra's AI products and generate business opportunities.
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams in campaigns, webinars, events, and lead nurturing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM platforms.
- Meet monthly lead generation, meeting scheduling, and pipeline creation targets.
- Stay updated on AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation technologies, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales, Customer Engagement, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in B2B sales are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and prospecting tools is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good research, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in technology sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications-
- Exposure to AI, SaaS, software products, or technology solutions through internships, projects, or coursework.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, or similar lead generation tools.
- Understanding of enterprise sales, customer relationship management, or digital sales processes.
- Strong learning mindset with the ability to understand product features and effectively communicate value to prospective customers.
