Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and flexible Lead Generation Specialist with experience in IT software sales.

  • Generate qualified leads for IT Services through outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct 50–70 cold calls per day to prospective clients
  • Identify and engage decision-makers, including CEOs, Directors, IT Managers, and Business Owners.
  • Qualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Schedule calls and meetings for the Sales Consultants.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting.
  • Research target companies using LinkedIn, company websites, and other lead generation tools.
  • Execute email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture opportunities until they are sales-ready.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales within an IT Services, ERP, Software Development, Digital Transformation, Cloud, or Technology Consulting company.
  • Strong experience in cold calling.
  • Experience generating leads for services such as Software Development, ERP, CRM, Microsoft, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or other lead generation tools is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience selling or generating leads for ERP, Software Development, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, or IT Consulting will be an added advantage.
