We are an AI-first creative production studio building brand-grade video and image content at industrial scale for some of the world's most ambitious brands. We service Fortune-500 clients, fast-growing D2C brands, and challenger brands across India, MENA, Europe, and the United States — turning AI-native production into the new creative standard.
We are not a typical agency. We are a small, founder-led, technology-first team that has reset the economics of brand content creation. Production budgets that used to take months and crores of rupees now take days and a fraction of the cost — without compromising on creative quality. We have built the production engine. We now need the right person to take it to the world.
THE ROLE
Open international markets for our AI video services
We are hiring an International Business Development Manager to own the full international sales motion — from cold outreach to first meeting to closed pilot — across the United States, MENA (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait), and Europe (UK first, expanding to DACH and France).
This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role. You will sit at the intersection of cold outreach craft, deep market research, and AI-augmented prospecting — using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Apollo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator to build a global pipeline from your laptop in Bangalore.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Your daily and weekly responsibilities
- Cold outreach at scale — 30–60 LinkedIn DMs, 40–80 cold emails, and 5–10 cold calls per day to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and Brand Directors across US/MENA/Europe.
- Geography-specific daily blocks — Mondays + Tuesdays = MENA outreach (afternoon IST). Wednesdays + Thursdays = US outreach (evening IST). Fridays = Europe (afternoon IST) + content + planning.
- Deep market research — Use Claude / ChatGPT and tools like Apollo, Lusha, SimilarWeb, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build hyper-personalized outreach. Generic email blasts are not the bar.
- Pipeline ownership — Build, manage, and report a clean CRM pipeline — from first touch to signed pilot. Weekly outcome targets (not vanity metrics) are how we measure success.
- Meeting facilitation — Schedule discovery calls, qualify leads, run the first meeting, and hand off to the founder for closing. Build the relationship that gets the second meeting.
- Founder partnership — Work directly with the founder on positioning, pricing flexibility, and account strategy. You are not a downstream SDR — you are the international BD lead.
- Quarterly market intelligence — Surface market trends, brand activity, and competitive moves. Help us continuously refine our positioning for each region.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Your 90-day milestones
- Day 30 — 1,000+ outbound touches sent. 30+ first meetings booked. CRM fully operationalized. First MENA pilot in negotiation.
- Day 60 — First signed pilot ($2,500–$10,000). 50+ active conversations across 3 geographies. Replicable outbound playbook documented.
- Day 90 — 2–3 signed pilots. 1 active retainer client. Personal pipeline value of $30,000+ weighted. First incentive payout earned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Required skills and experience
- 2–4 years of business development, inside sales, or SDR/AE experience — ideally in agency, SaaS, services, or B2B technology
- Proven cold outreach track record — examples of campaigns you ran, response rates achieved, deals closed
- Excellent written and spoken English — your emails will land in the inboxes of US, UK, and Middle Eastern marketing leaders
- Working knowledge of at least one of these markets (US, MENA, or Europe) — past role, lived experience, or extensive research exposure all count
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or Lusha, Calendly, and a CRM (HubSpot, Notion, or Pipedrive)
- Practical fluency with AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity — to research prospects, personalize at scale, and accelerate market research
- Comfortable with a flexible work day — some calls will be at 9pm IST (US East Coast) and some at 12pm IST (Middle East)
- A self-starter who measures their own day in outcomes, not hours
WHAT SETS YOU APART

- Past experience selling marketing services, creative production, performance media, or AI-related products
- Understanding of how performance marketing teams operate — what they buy, how they buy, what they need
- Existing professional network in US/MENA/Europe markets
- Personal LinkedIn presence with a track record of original content (we publish frequently — you will too)
- Past exposure to AI video tools (Kling, Runway, Veo, Sora, Heygen) or creative production workflows
- Experience working remote-first across multiple time zones

WHAT WE OFFER
Compensation, growth, and the upside
- Base salary — ₹40,000–₹50,000 CTC per month (₹4.8–6.0 L per annum), aligned to experience and demonstrated cold outreach skill at hiring
- Performance incentives — Generous quarterly incentive structure tied to signed pilots and retainer conversions. Strong performers will earn meaningfully more than their base annually.
- Work from home — Fully remote. Bangalore preferred for easy in-person sync with the founder.
- Direct founder access — You report directly to the founder. No middle layers, no internal politics. Decisions move fast.
- International market exposure — Day-to-day work with brands and marketers across US, MENA, and Europe. The kind of role that historically required a relocation.
