About Skate Supply India:

Skate Supply India is India's leading skateboard company, committed to growing skateboarding through premium products, retail, community initiatives and partnerships. We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Manager to grow our wholesale business by converting qualified leads, expanding our distributor network and building long-term relationships with retailers, institutions and channel partners.


ROLE OVERVIEW:

You will own the complete B2B sales cycle from lead qualification to closing and account management. Your primary objective is to convert opportunities into long-term business while expanding Skate Supply India's presence across India.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow up on 700+ qualified leads generated through trade shows, exhibitions and inbound enquiries
  • Identify, onboard and manage distributors, dealers and wholesale partners across India
  • Acquire new retailers including sports stores, toy stores, lifestyle stores and independent dealers
  • Develop business with schools, universities, sports academies, clubs and corporate buyers
  • Generate new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals and prospecting
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate commercial terms and close B2B deals
  • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat orders and account growth
  • Maintain a disciplined CRM with timely follow-ups and accurate pipeline tracking
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and customer onboarding
  • Represent Skate Supply India at exhibitions, industry events and customer meetings


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (3–6 years preferred)
  • Experience selling through distributors, dealers, retailers or institutional channels
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar.
  • Highly organised, self-driven and comfortable managing multiple opportunities
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Experience in sports goods, toys, consumer products, lifestyle, outdoor or FMCG is a strong advantage

  • Lead-to-customer conversion rate
  • New distributors appointed
  • New retail & institutional accounts acquired
  • Average deal size
  • Repeat business and customer retention
  • Sales pipeline value and forecast accuracy
  • Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS:

  • Successfully engage and qualify all 700+ exhibition leads
  • Convert a healthy percentage of qualified leads into active customers
  • Onboard 10–20 new distributors/dealers (or whatever target you set)
  • Establish a structured CRM and follow-up process
  • Open new institutional accounts (schools, academies, retailers, etc.)
  • Build a strong sales pipeline that supports sustained monthly revenue growth.
