Key Responsibilities
- Research target industries and identify potential business customers.
- Build and maintain databases of prospects using online research tools.
- Support email marketing campaigns and follow-up activities.
- Make introductory calls to prospective customers to understand their requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads for product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team for lead assignments and follow-ups.
- Update prospect information and activity status in Excel/CRM systems.
- Prepare basic reports on lead generation and campaign performance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and internet research.
- Confidence to speak with professionals over phone and email.
- Interest in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or IT Products.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Final-year students or recent graduates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, MCA, BE/B.Tech, or related disciplines.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
