About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and lead the expansion of Soundbox's presence in India, based in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our business within the construction, commercial interiors, and home furnishing sectors across the India market.
You will identify new opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and offer tailored acoustic and space-solution products that elevate modern work and living environments.
This role is open to both local India candidates and Chinese nationals willing to relocate to Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets in the India market.
- Identify local market trends and customer needs to propose professional, customized acoustic and space solutions.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, designers, contractors, and end clients in India.
- Support project-based opportunities, including quoting, coordination, and follow-through to completion.
We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1+ year of sales experience in construction, commercial interiors, furniture, architectural products, or building materials.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
- For local India candidates: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, or other regional languages is a plus.
- For Chinese candidates: Willingness to relocate to Bangalore and work in the India market.
- Experience with key account management or project-based selling is a plus, but not required.
