Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Head – Sales to lead and drive revenue growth across Bangalore This role will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, managing key client relationships, leading high-performing sales teams, and expanding market presence in the managed office space segment.


Job Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets across all centers. Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
  • Foster a strong sales culture focused on results, collaboration, and customer success. Business

Team Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Drive enterprise sales, bulk deals, and long-term leasing opportunities.
  • Represent the organization in industry events, networking forums, and business communities.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee key account management and handle high-value negotiations and closures.
  • Address escalations and ensure seamless client experience.

Market Intelligence & Expansion:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insights for pricing, product positioning, and service enhancements.
  • Support expansion planning including new center launches in the region.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing for lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Align with leadership on business strategy and growth initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health.
  • Present regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems for lead and client management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in coworking, real estate, commercial leasing, or hospitality sales.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage large sales teams.  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the coworking or managed office space industry.
  • Strong network within Hyderabad’s corporate and broker ecosystem.
  • Prior experience handling multi-location or regional sales operations.
