Job Profile

Strategic Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive business growth by developing and executing annual sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for PUF Panels, Rockwool Panels, Cold Room Systems, and Clean Room Systems.
  • Project Tracking: Identify high-value infrastructure projects (Warehouses, Cold Storages, Clean Rooms, Industrial Sheds) and track them from the Tendering Stage to Final Closure.
  • Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with top-tier clients in Industrial / PEB, Warehousing, Cold Chain, Pharma, EMS, Infrastructure Sectors, and Corporate Accounts.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead complex price negotiations, contract finalization, and deal closures.


Marketing & Brand Management

  • Market Positioning: Define positioning for PUF Panel Products against key competitors.
  • Lead Generation: Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns, execute promotional strategies, and build a robust and consistent lead pipeline.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade shows, industry networking events, and through targeted PR to boost market awareness.


Team Leadership & Market Intelligence

  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and motivate the regional sales and marketing teams.
  • Competitor Tracking: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product innovations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Production and Project Execution Teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.


Other Responsibilities

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Salary

Experience

  • Minimum 20 Years of experience.
  • Must have worked for at least 5 years in a Managerial Capacity.
  • Experience in Construction Materials / Steel Building / Sandwich Panel Industry will be an added advantage.
