• Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships
• Promote and sell OEM products including drilling machines, rock breakers, and air compressors
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations at project locations
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management
• Maintain CRM reports, sales pipeline, and customer activity records
• Coordinate with service and application teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with contractors, quarry owners, mining companies, and infrastructure clients
• Ensure repeat business through regular follow-ups and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of heavy machinery / OEM equipment sales
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively for business development
• Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
• Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech / MBA in Mechanical, Mining, Civil, or related field preferred
