Role Description This full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role is based in Gurugram/ Delhi/ Rewari/ Meerut/ Alwar/ Mahendragarh/ Ghaziabad/ Noida/ Panipat/ Sonipat. The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and clinics. Daily tasks include conducting sales visits, presenting product information, responding to inquiries, and providing product samples and educational materials. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory. The Medical Sales Representative will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Medical Sales, including building and managing a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals and provide clear, accurate information.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and safety considerations.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region and surrounding areas as needed.
