Salary: Up to ₹23k per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory
  • Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions to promote company products
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings
  • Build relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital management teams
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to order closure
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives
  • Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and channel partners to increase market penetration
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, customer data, and market intelligence reports
  • Track competitor activities, customer requirements, and market trends within the healthcare industry
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term business relationships

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Medical Devices, Healthcare Equipment, Diagnostics, or Hospital Sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to generate new business opportunities and independently manage sales activities
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a field-sales environment
  • Good understanding of hospitals, healthcare institutions, and medical purchasing processes preferred
  • Experience working with dealers, distributors, or channel partners will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore and nearby territories

Preferred Profile

  • Candidates from Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare Equipment, Biomedical Products, or Hospital Sales background
  • Fresh ideas, strong energy levels, and a passion for sales and customer engagement
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred
