Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory
- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions to promote company products
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings
- Build relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and hospital management teams
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to order closure
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development objectives
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and channel partners to increase market penetration
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, customer data, and market intelligence reports
- Track competitor activities, customer requirements, and market trends within the healthcare industry
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term business relationships
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Medical Devices, Healthcare Equipment, Diagnostics, or Hospital Sales
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to generate new business opportunities and independently manage sales activities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a field-sales environment
- Good understanding of hospitals, healthcare institutions, and medical purchasing processes preferred
- Experience working with dealers, distributors, or channel partners will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore and nearby territories
- Candidates from Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare Equipment, Biomedical Products, or Hospital Sales background
- Fresh ideas, strong energy levels, and a passion for sales and customer engagement
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
