Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth across Maharashtra and nearby regions.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling Cable Management Systems, Electrical Products, Earthing Materials, Industrial Hardware, Fabrication Products, Solar Structures, or related engineering products.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, electrical contractors, OEMs, panel builders, and industrial clients while managing the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to payment collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
  • Promote Elcon's range of Cable Trays, Earthing Materials, Solar Structures, Junction Boxes, Strut Channels, Raceways, and related products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EPC Contractors, MEP Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Consultants, Builders, OEMs, Panel Builders, Industries, and Government Organizations.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales successfully.
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Design, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed business.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and daily visit reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent Elcon Industriess professionally during client meetings, technical discussions, exhibitions, and site visits.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–8 years of B2B Industrial Sales experience.
  • Experience in Cable Trays, Earthing Materials, Electrical Products, Switchgear, Industrial Hardware, Fabrication Products, Solar Structures, or related engineering products will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and provide solution-based selling.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
