We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Business Development Manager who can generate new business, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
  • Sell digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Branding, PR Distribution, and Business Setup Services.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM with accurate lead and sales updates.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 2-4 years of Business Development or Sales experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (Mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services.
  • Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling.
  • Ability to close high-value deals.
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.
