Business Development Manager (BDM) – Digital Marketing Agency

Axona Digital Pvt. Ltd. is a growing digital marketing agency providing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Branding, Lead Generation, PR Distribution, Business Setup Services, and AI-powered marketing solutions to clients across the globe.
We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Business Development Manager who can generate new business, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Sell digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Branding, PR Distribution, and Business Setup Services.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain CRM with accurate lead and sales updates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
- Minimum 2-4 years of Business Development or Sales experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services.
- Experience in B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Ability to close high-value deals.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong presentation and client relationship management skills.
