Role Overview
Foundit is looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager for its Inside Sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for acquiring corporate clients, understanding their recruitment needs, presenting suitable Foundit solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
This is a target-driven role suitable for candidates with prior experience in B2B corporate outbound sales, inside sales, or telesales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective corporate clients through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand client recruitment requirements and recommend suitable hiring solutions.
- Present Foundit’s products and services to HR professionals, recruiters, and business decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, product presentation, negotiation, closure, and payment follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the sales team.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 to 24 months of experience in B2B corporate outbound sales.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales is mandatory.
- Experience handling the complete sales cycle is preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales or revenue targets.
- Strong cold-calling, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Willing to work from the Gachibowli office.

India Market: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Southeast Asia Market: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
