Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships for DappaSol’s product, design, and strategy services. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, preparing proposals, and leading sales presentations to founders, startups, and enterprises. The role involves coordinating closely with product, design, and strategy teams to align client needs with DappaSol’s offerings, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting revenue and growth targets. The Sales Manager will maintain detailed records in CRM tools, analyze sales performance data, and contribute to go-to-market and partnership strategies. This role also includes nurturing long-term client relationships, gathering feedback for continuous improvement, and representing DappaSol at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in technology, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and communicate product, design, and strategy offerings in clear, solution-focused language.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort engaging founders and senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical abilities for interpreting sales metrics, market trends, and customer insights to inform sales strategy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • High level of self-organization, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales productivity software, and standard office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Interest in or familiarity with Web3, AI, SaaS, or consumer tech sectors is highly beneficial.
